How to request a refund

Send an email to aldaye2015@gmail.com from the email address on your ALLDAY EDGE account. Include:

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling your subscription is not the same as a refund. To cancel, open Settings → Account → Manage Billing in the app, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. You can cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe typically returns funds within 5–10 business days. We do not retain credit card information; all refunds flow through Stripe's processing.

Apple App Store purchases

If you subscribed through the iOS App Store, Apple processes the payment and handles refund requests directly. Contact Apple Support to request a refund for App Store purchases. We cannot refund Apple-billed subscriptions.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may suspend or terminate your account. We will respond to all chargeback claims with the supporting transaction record.
