These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and ALLDAY EDGE LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("ALLDAY EDGE", "we", "our", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the website at www.aldaymlbedge.com and any related mobile or desktop application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use the Service only if all of the following are true:
By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe do not meet these requirements.
The Service provides data analytics, statistical projections, lineup-construction tools, and other informational content related to MLB daily fantasy sports. The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
The Service is not:
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at aldaye2015@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not share your account with others or use someone else's account without their permission.
The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Current pricing tiers are:
By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc.) to charge your payment method the applicable monthly fee on the billing date and on each subsequent monthly renewal until you cancel. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the next renewal. You can cancel anytime via the Manage Billing portal in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until then. We may change pricing or tier features with 30 days' notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. To request a refund, email aldaye2015@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We will respond within a reasonable time, typically 3–5 business days. Approval is at our sole discretion. Refunds, when granted, are processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. See our Refund Policy for full details.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violation of these terms.
The Service, including all software, projections, models, written content, and design elements, is owned by ALLDAY EDGE LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription. All other rights are reserved.
MLB team names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of Major League Baseball and its member clubs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MLB, the MLB Players Association, DraftKings, FanDuel, or any sportsbook. Use of those marks within the Service is purely informational.
The Service integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Render (backend hosting), Anthropic (AI-generated content), MLB Stats API, SportsData IO, and others. Your use of those services is also subject to the respective providers' terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that projections, grades, recommendations, or any other output will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will ALLDAY EDGE LLC, its officers, members, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, lost wagers, lost opportunities, or business interruption) arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ALLDAY EDGE LLC and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your violation of any third-party right.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and emailing aldaye2015@gmail.com to request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or for any reason in our reasonable discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including without limitation Sections 8–14) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Henderson County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action against ALLDAY EDGE LLC; all disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
